Triage is the product name. The service is operated by Triage AI LLC, based in Pueblo, Colorado.

2. Using Triage

You agree to use Triage in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You may not:

• Misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its normal operation
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
• Use Triage for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities

You retain all rights to the content you submit to Triage. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you provide.

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train external AI models.

4. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error‑free.

5. Disclaimer

Triage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triage AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of Triage.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using Triage.

7. Third‑party services

Triage may interact with or link to third‑party services. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Triage after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
