1. The Zero-Knowledge Core Principle
Triage AI LLC is built on a single non-negotiable architecture: your data never leaves your device. Whether you use the Everyday Assistant Edition or the Sovereign Secure Edition, all email triage, learning models, vaults, and decision logs operate 100% locally on your hardware.
2. Information Collection & Non-Tracking
We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell your personal data. Specifically:
- No Telemetry: The Triage application contains zero usage tracking, analytics SDKs, or crash reporters.
- No Cloud AI: All artificial intelligence inference runs locally using on-device models. Prompts and email content are never transmitted to cloud API providers.
- No Central Database: There is no Triage user account database to breach, subpoena, or leak.
3. Website Request Logs
When you visit triageai.cc, standard operational web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) are generated by hosting infrastructure for DDoS mitigation and operational security. These logs are purged automatically after 90 days.
4. Licensing & Payment Data
Payment processing for premium editions is handled securely by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). Paddle processes your transaction data in accordance with their privacy policy. Triage receives only cryptographic notification of completed purchases to issue your signed .triage-license file.
5. Local Storage & AES-256 Vault Encryption
In Secure User Mode, all local databases, email cache, and audit history are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is protected by your local device hardware enclave and master passphrase. Only you hold this passphrase.
