You may access and use triageai.cc for lawful purposes related to civic oversight, research, journalism, and public interest work. You may link to the site and share publicly-available content with attribution.
Prohibited Use
- Scraping or automated access beyond reasonable research use
- Attempting to interfere with site operation or security
- Using the site or its outputs to facilitate harm, discrimination, or unlawful surveillance
- Misrepresenting the source or nature of ledger data
Intellectual Property
Site content, design, and software are the property of Triage AI LLC. All other rights are reserved.
Digital Delivery
Premium features are delivered via a cryptographically signed .triage-license file. This file is delivered to the email address provided during checkout immediately upon successful payment. Triage AI LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Triage, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a refund is processed, your digital license will be revoked and features will return to the Basic edition.
Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the billing portal link provided in your welcome email. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Triage AI does not warrant that ledger data is complete, accurate, or current. Ledger outputs should be independently verified before being relied upon for legal or regulatory purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triage AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on ledger data.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
