1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing triageai.cc or downloading and installing Triage software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use our software or services.

2. Permitted Use & Software License

Triage AI LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Triage on your supported devices in accordance with your chosen edition (Everyday Assistant or Sovereign Secure Edition) and plan tier (Pro $12/mo, Family $29/mo, Business $45/mo, or Enterprise $540/seat/yr).

3. Digital License Delivery

Premium features are unlocked via a cryptographically signed .triage-license file. This file is delivered to the email address provided during Paddle checkout immediately upon purchase completion. License verification occurs 100% on-device using an embedded Ed25519 public key.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Triage, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@triageai.cc for a full refund. Upon refund issuance, your license signature is invalidated.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to tamper with digital license signatures, or use Triage for unlawful surveillance or harm.

6. Limitation of Liability

Triage is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Because Triage operates locally on your hardware, you are solely responsible for maintaining device backups and master vault passphrases.
